Trust & safety

Trust is built through clarity, review, and accountability.

Fund With Us is designed to support meaningful fundraising while reducing avoidable risk. Our approach combines campaign review, payment controls, reporting tools, and proportionate action when concerns arise.

Our safety framework

Practical safeguards without false guarantees.

No review process can eliminate every risk or independently verify every future event described by an organizer. The platform therefore combines preventive review with continuing organizer responsibility and donor judgment.

01

Responsible campaign review

Campaigns may be reviewed for completeness, consistency, identity, beneficiary relationship, intended use of funds, supporting information, and compliance with platform standards.

02

Secure payment infrastructure

Eligible donations are processed through established payment providers. Fund With Us does not store complete payment-card details and may rely on third-party verification, fraud-prevention, reserve, and dispute procedures.

03

Clear organizer accountability

Organizers remain responsible for the accuracy of campaign information, the lawful administration of funds, meaningful updates, and compliance with obligations applicable to their activity.

04

Proportionate platform action

When concerns arise, Fund With Us may request information, limit visibility, pause donations, preserve records, restrict accounts, or remove campaigns where reasonably necessary.

Campaign review

What may be examined before or after publication.

Review may occur before publication, after a material update, when payment providers request information, or when a report raises a credible concern.

Identity and contact information of the organizer.
Relationship between the organizer and the beneficiary.
Clarity and consistency of the campaign story.
Funding goal and stated use of proceeds.
Supporting images, documents, and public information.
Potential legal, safety, fraud, impersonation, or policy concerns.
Content and conduct standards

Conduct that may result in restriction or removal.

False, misleading, manipulated, or materially incomplete information.
Impersonation, unauthorized fundraising, or misuse of another person’s identity.
Campaigns that promote unlawful conduct, violence, exploitation, discrimination, or abuse.
Use of funds inconsistent with the published purpose without appropriate disclosure.
Intellectual-property infringement or unauthorized use of private information.
Attempts to evade payment controls, sanctions, verification, or regulatory requirements.
Organizer obligations

Campaign approval does not replace organizer responsibility.

Each organizer remains responsible for the truthfulness, sufficiency, and continued accuracy of campaign information, as well as for the administration, use, and explanation of funds received. Publication does not constitute an audit, legal opinion, guarantee, insurance policy, or promise of a particular result.

Donor awareness

Donors should review the information available.

Donations are voluntary and generally involve judgment. Supporters should consider the campaign story, organizer identity, intended use of funds, available updates, and any information that may reasonably affect the decision to donate.

Reporting concerns

Specific reports help us respond responsibly.

Reports may involve suspected fraud, impersonation, misuse of funds, unsafe content, unauthorized fundraising, intellectual-property concerns, or other policy issues.

Provide the complete campaign link so the report can be located quickly.

02 · Specific concern

04 · Contact details
